Carving Pumpkins and Halloween Night...

We had so perfect weather for carving pumpkins and playing out in the leaves in the front yard. There were so many leaves that you could hardly see the grass. They had so much fun. As you can see Mom had taken over cleaning out the rest of the pumpkins. I didn't mind. It was cute to see the boys play.

Noah and Gabe had so much fun carving pumpkins, wearing costumes, trick-or-treating, and last but not least eating the candy from the loot they collected. Noah was really into Halloween this year. As you can see he was a fire firefighter and Gabe as going to be a dalmation, but I couldn't find a costume that fit. So he was a firefighter as well. Noah caught on fast to trick-or-treating and every time we left one doorstep he said,"let's go to another house." By the end Gabe was dragging his bag and Noah was tired of knocking. (I think it was the cold that hurt his hands.) We came back to the house and as Noah was taking off his costume he sighed and said,"whoa, that was a hard day." Yes, we all know that trick-or-treating can be tough.
