Remember Me?

I got this from my friend Heather's blog.

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

C'mon now, anything funny, strange, cool, embarrassing, or awful you remember about me??

I will never ever forget lying in my sleeping bag and giggling as I listened to you playing Mexican mariachi music! Since I didn't think anyone at our camp had a guitar I kept thinking, "Who would bring a guitar with an amp up to girls camp." Because surely that was the only way the sound was making it up the mountain. When I realized it was you I cracked up listening!

I just remember being surprised when I met you for the first time and you had my maiden name complete with crazy spelling. Every time someone at church says "Sister Hirschi" I still look over thinking they're asking for me.

Oh, and we really should get to know each other better, because Emmie is quite insistent that she is "going to marry Noah". :)

I will never forget our first kiss - me pulling a cheesy one liner out that really should have failed: "if I told you my last name was Hirschi would you give me a "kiss"" followed by a quick "maybe" from the hot chic on the couch aka Sarah. Followed by your even cheesier one liner "if I told you my name was Garber would YOU give me a kiss?" As we kissed the world faded and I could only think to myself... HOLY HOT MAMCITA I am DEFINITELY coming back tomorrow...oh and...man life is good! Even now, just when I think life can't get any better - you give me another kiss and it does! I love you!

I remember from forever ago when I'd talk to Don on the phone when he was 17 and he'd tell me all about his group of friends. I can't remember who dated who anymore, but I do remember him mailing me a dance picture and it had everyones names on the back and you were in it! (did you date Chris??)

My first memory of you was when I caught a ride to the rec center with you, Chelsi, and Susan. All four of us in your little pick up. On the way, Susan let it be known that I was going to the rec center so I could flirt with a boy named Jared. You and Chelsi were adamant that I NOT date that player. I guess I don't know how to take advice very well, but I'm so glad I didn't! :)

Okay my memory(ies) are all things camp. From the AMAZING song writing all the way to your heartfelt testimony. I am so glad we were able to work together and get to know one another better.

Hey Sarah, tell Paul that his post was even cheesier :) My first memory of you was when I met you and I thought you were all mature and stuff. :) Remember that!!! Well, yes you are mature but not scary. And, I remember hanging out all the time, oh the good ol days :) Then I remember you sold your house and left me ;( but that's ok, because now you blog and I can still say hi and pretend that we hang out :)

I remember the day you were born!!! and how grateful you were to be here on the earth. One of my sweetest memories of you is when you put your little scared hand in mine after the 7th grade orientation. Well, I could gone on forever and ever and ever. one memory is never enough. Oh, then there are the flying skunks!!! How much room do you have on this blog?!!

I remember late night trips with you, Melanie, Jody, Angie, Julie and I to Dairy Queen. I would say it would be about midnight. Then we would come back and sit around and chat about whatever and stay up until the crack of dawn.
