Summer, so far...

I cannot believe how crazy things have been around here. In the last month or so we have been going, going, going so much. I finally have a second to sit and relax a bit.

Noah started swim lessons last month and I decided to put him in again, so they lasted 4 weeks instead of 2. He loved it, but was ready to be done by the 3rd week and told me that he wanted me to teach him instead. I'm good with that. It's much cheaper and I'll know what he is learning. Gabe sat out this time and was a good sport watching all the kids and trying to find Noah amongst all the crazy splashing and kicking.

After all that was done I was able to spend some time with my sister for a little get-away. We went to dinner Friday, July 10th, shopped for a little bit, watched a movie, talked a lot, got up the next morning, shopped some more, ate lunch, and then we went home. It was so nice to be able to have some time with her. I don't get to do that too often.(This seems to happen to me all too often.)

Over all we are having a great summer. It is getting hotter and hotter and I know that it is just the beginning, but I am ready for it to cool down again. I just don't like to be hot. :)
