On New Year's Eve we awaited the arrival of Grandma and Grandpa Hirschi. They were pretty tuckered out from the long drive from Washington, but Dean stayed up with us and played the wii. At midnight we watched the ball drop on TV, drank some maritnellis, and then went to bed. Not too exciting, but we had a lot of fun.
On New Year's day we had a bacon and omelet breakfast. Mmm, mmm, holidays are great for eating aren't they? We turned up the music and the boys had fun dancing with Grandma and Grandpa. We went out for lunch and saw the Princess and the Frog. Brenda and I were able to get a little shopping in before we went to Chuck-a-Rama for dinner. After that we came home and danced some more and Brenda showed the boys how to do some Yoga exercises.
